With a focus on biomechanics for recovery and performance, each client in this category will carry out a movement assessment with Tess at the start of their programme.
Tess works closely with individuals to ensure progress is made and targets are easy to adhere to. Each programme is personalised and offered as remote coaching, in-person sessions or a combination of the 2. In person sessions are held in a boutique personal training studio near Oxford Circus, London.

She created and revised my training regime to address flexibility, strength training and of course cardio but in ways that not only achieve gains but reduce the pain from the damage of the old injuries.
