Working Together

Tess works with clients using scientifically-proven methods to increase your rate of recovery, enhance your performance and improve your overall health. 

With a focus on biomechanics for recovery and performance, each client in this category will carry out a movement assessment with Tess at the start of their programme.

Tess works closely with individuals to ensure progress is made and targets are easy to adhere to. Each programme is personalised and offered as remote coaching, in-person sessions or a combination of the 2. In person sessions are held in a boutique personal training studio near Oxford Circus, London.

Recovery clients are those looking to return to sport and/or improve the condition of an existing injury and become pain free not only in training but in life.

Performance

Performance clients are those with performance-related goals. This could be anything from improving your marathon time to PBing your squat.

Health

Health clients are those looking to improve their lifestyle as a whole. Whether it's a desire for guidance with training, nutrition, mindset or all 3, this is the category for you.

Most clients fall into more than 1 category. No problem! Your programme will be tailored to cater to your needs, no matter your goal.
